We have been one of a very few coffee shops that opened in central Exeter during lockdown.

After being closed for two months and (crying) reorganising, repainting, re strategising, we had felt that we were ready to open our doors for you once again and provide a safe and comfortable environment for you to shop in.

It was with trepidation, like preparing to go out for the first time after a long long time, and we did not know what to expect…

We were wondering:

Will anyone care that we are open again? Would people still want coffee? What it would be like to provide customer service and hospitality under social distancing? 🤔

And then… you all came back! 🥳

Familiar faces and great chats came back!
It felt like meeting an old friend again and everyone felt warm inside, connected, positive and relieved that some important things have not changed.

That interaction and connection between people is still important, seeing someone’s smile and ensuring that they are served with great quality product – this is what makes us as business owners very happy.

So now that coffee and conversations started to flow again. Let’s keep them coming and let’s keep together. 😁
